HEBEI PENGRUN manufactures a complete range of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel flanges for piping connections across all pressure classes and international standards. Our flanges are produced by forging or plate-cutting and machined to tight tolerances.
Size range: 1/2″ to 60″ (DN15 – DN1500). Pressure classes: 150# to 2500# (ASME) / PN6 to PN400 (EN).
Flange Types / 法兰类型
Weld Neck (WN) / 对焊法兰
Most popularButt-weld connection for high-pressure, high-temperature service. Long tapered hub provides reinforcement.
Slip-On (SO) / 平焊法兰
Cost-effectiveSlipped over pipe and fillet-welded. Easier alignment, lower cost. For lower-pressure service.
Blind (BL) / 盲板法兰
Solid disc used to close pipe ends, vessel openings, or equipment connections. No bore.
Threaded (TH) / 螺纹法兰
Internal NPT/BSP threads. Used where welding is not feasible. For low-pressure, non-critical service.
Lap Joint (LJ) / 松套法兰
Used with stub end. Allows bolt-hole alignment without rotating the pipe. Common for stainless systems.
Socket Weld (SW) / 承插焊法兰
Pipe inserted into socket and fillet-welded. For small-diameter, high-pressure systems.
Orifice Flanges / 孔板法兰
Used with orifice plate for flow measurement. Available in weld neck, threaded, and slip-on styles.
Long Weld Neck (LWN) / 长颈对焊法兰
Extended hub for vessel / column / heat exchanger connections. Matches ASME B16.5 and B16.47 Series A/B.
Reducing Flanges / 异径法兰
Different pressure class or pipe size on each side. Saves space in pipe rack transitions.

Face Types / 密封面类型
- RF — Raised Face (default for ASME)
- FF — Flat Face (for cast iron / non-metallic flanges)
- RTJ — Ring Type Joint (high-pressure, hydrocarbon service)
- T&G — Tongue & Groove (large diameter, low pressure)
- M&F — Male & Female (similar applications to T&G)
- LM — Lens (high-pressure European standard)
